Interest rate

Fixed rate for an initial period of 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 years. After the end of this period, a floating rate (Euribor 3M + spread) is applied

Loan amount

Up to 80% of the estimated property value (and up to 100% of the agreement value, in case of purchase). For interested parties up to 45 years old to buy their first home up to 90% of the commercial value of the property

Suitable for a property that:

  • Will be used as a primary residence
  • Is located within a residential area
  • Has an area not exceeding 150 sq.m.
  • Was built up to 31/12/2007
  • Has a value, as specified in the purchase contract, not exceeding 250,000 euros

Interest Rate

  • Zero interest rate applies to 50% of the loan amount financed by the Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF)
  • The interest rate on the amount financed by the bank’s own funds is subsidized by 50% for families with three or more children from any municipality, or for families with two children acquiring their first home in the municipalities of Orestiada, Soufli, and Didymoteicho in the Regional Unit of Evros

Duration

From 3 to 30 years

Loan Amount

  • The maximum loan amount granted is 190,000 euros
  • The loan covers up to 90% of the property’s value, as specified in the purchase contract
