Suitable for

  • Buying a home (primary, secondary or holiday) / commercial property (shop or office) / land plot/agricultural parcel (ripe for development) / auctioned property.
  • Building and/or completing a home (primary, secondary or holiday)
  • Renovating a home (primary, secondary or holiday)
  • Repairing a home (primary, secondary or holiday)

Interest rate

Fixed rate for the first 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 or 20 years.

After the end of this period, a floating rate (Euribor 3M + spread) is applied.

Option to choose a floating interest rate throughout the term of the loan.

From 5 to 35 years

Loan amount

Up to 80% of the property value / up to 100% of the purchase agreement value.

Up to 90% of the property value in case of finished properties provided that the Energy Performance Certificate is Α+ or A.

Interest rate

2.50% fixed interest rate for 3 years. After the end of this period, a floating rate (Euribor 3M + spread) is applied.

Loan amount

For interested parties up to 50 years old to buy their first home up to 90% of the commercial value WITHOUT a maximum amount.

Suitable for a property that:

  • Will be used as a primary residence
  • Is located within a residential area
  • Has an area not exceeding 150 sq.m.
  • Was built up to 31/12/2007
  • Has a value, as specified in the purchase contract, not exceeding 250,000 euros

Interest Rate

  • Zero interest rate applies to 50% of the loan amount financed by the Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF)
  • The interest rate on the amount financed by the bank’s own funds is subsidized by 50% for families with three or more children from any municipality, or for families with two children acquiring their first home in the municipalities of Orestiada, Soufli, and Didymoteicho in the Regional Unit of Evros

From 3 to 30 years

Loan Amount

  • The maximum loan amount granted is 190,000 euros
  • The loan covers up to 90% of the property’s value, as specified in the purchase contract
